Our Story
Hi, we're John & Fran, or Jean-Jacques et Francoise as our neighbours know us. Originally from London, but during a holiday in South West France back in 2020 we fell in love with the area, the food, the people and the weather and dreamt that one day we might live there.
The next year we found a property that needed a lot of renovation, but was in a great village location with great local facilities and oozing relaxed French vibes.
Over the next 10 years we holidayed here every year and gradually completed more work when time and money allowed.
It was always our aim to maintain as much original history and charm with modern convenience during the renovations, and here we are welcoming guests to enjoy what has come to be our happy place.
